Womens Vintage 1960s Shorts striped Green White & Yellow JC Penney Cuffed Small

Made of a synthetic blend, has a woven texture to look like wool but it washes and feels like a synthetic. Medium weight. Fully lined in slinky soft nylon fabric. Tailored waist with darts at front and back, zipper at back, cuffed legs. Made by Carol Evans for JC Penney, tag size vintage 12. Excellent condition, only thing up note is the cuffs need to be pressed / starched or tacked in a couple more places as they are a little drooped after washing them. True color is best on the mannequin photos.
