    Description

    A nice first regular air mail flight cover from Regina, Saskatchewan to Calgary, Alberta. Franked with Canada Scott #C1, the 5¢ Allegory of Flight air mail stamp from 1928 which is tied to the cover by a Regina, Saskatchewan machine slogan cancel dated December 10, 1938. There is a hand stamped cachet depicting a forest and mountains. On the reverse is a Calgary, Alberta postmark dated December 10, 1928 and an Andover, Mass. machine cancel dated December 15, 1928. This cover measures 165mm x 92mm. See scans for condition.
